Every year we get some really excellent feedback about our guardianship service. Students and parents often write to us during the year if we have helped out in particularly difficult situation. For example, flights can be cancelled or delayed and that is when Bright World Guardianships steps in and saves the day with fast and efficient emergency solutions. At the end of a programme, we often receive thank you letters and emails from our customers and it makes the job worthwhile.
It is not only our parents who give us feedback our Agents and School partners also are kind enough to give us feedback on our boarding school placement and guardianship services for international students.
