Lana Foster with Rebecca Tocknell of Shiplake College.
Managing Director Lana Foster and Guardianship Care Manager Cory Holden visted one of our partner Schools yesterday, to continue discussions over the placement service and Guardianship offered by Bright World.
Lana and Cory really enjoyed their visit to Shiplake. Henley is a fantastic village on the River Thames and the school is within walking distance of the town.
Shipley is a boarding school of around 385 pupils with a small percentage of international students. Bright World is now a close partner of Shiplake and will be promoting them worldwide to our network of agents and overseas parents. The school accepts boys as boarders from the age of 13 and then girls in the sixth form. Sheena Trist (Director of Admissions) and Lana will promote Shiplake with our other close partners during their forthcoming visit to Hong Kong at the end of June.

Shiplake are also working with Bright World closely on Guardianships and we look forward to taking care of their international intake in September. We have wonderful host families in the Henley area who will host them during exeats and half terms and Linda Toms our Local Coordinator and Bright World Buddy lives closeby in Reading and has already visited the school to familiarise herself before the start of term.
