Bright World Guardianships is delighted to announce another new and important appointment. Lia Ferris joins the team as Guardianship Administrator
Lia Ferris joined Bright World several months ago working for just a few hours each week helping out the team in the guardianships department.
We all love working with Lia and she has settled in very well and has learnt a lot about child guardianship and all the work that that entails.
Lia will mainly be working with James Foster, our Commerical Director, who is ready for some help with all the financial aspects of running our programme.
"I am really excited about my new job here at Bright World and delighted to have been given the opportunity to work with such great colleagues and have such an interesting role" Lia Ferris, Guardianships Administrator
So we offer a big Bright World welcome to our new colleague, Lia and wish her all the best in her new role.
"Bright World is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment."
Today, Bright World's Directors launched the brand new WOW Award. The award recognises the importance of thanking our hardworking staff throughout the year, as each event passes. The first ever winner of this award has already been named.
At Moreton Hall, a Bright World partner school, one student has more to celebrate than just a grade A in her Theatre Studies A level. Drama scholarship student, Alice Williams, has beaten the competition to gain a place on the prestigious Stage Management course at RADA.
