Due to continuing expansion, Bright World Guardianships is looking for a new member of staff to join the existing team who run our Guardianship Programme and manage holiday arrangements for international students studying in UK boarding schools.
Bright World was established in 2000 and is an Education Agency and the UK's leading Guardianship Organisation for international students, based in the village of Hurstpierpoint, near Brighton. We are a medium-sized and growing company where you can feel like a big fish in a small pond and make a huge difference.
The successful candidate will be managing the administration for a number of overseas students who are studying at UK boarding schools. This involves liaising with their overseas agents and parents prior to arrival and throughout the year. You will also be organising short homestays for them in their school holidays, liaising with private boarding schools on the arrangements being made and completing PR visits to our partner schools.
Travel requirements and out of hours’ commitment:
UK travel will be required to visit schools on our behalf. The successful candidate will be required to share responsibility for holding the 24/7 emergency telephone on a rota basis. This means that on some evenings and weekends at peak times, you will be required to work in terms of taking emergency calls and dealing with them outside of the office.

Today, Bright World's Directors launched the brand new WOW Award. The award recognises the importance of thanking our hardworking staff throughout the year, as each event passes. The first ever winner of this award has already been named.
At Moreton Hall, a Bright World partner school, one student has more to celebrate than just a grade A in her Theatre Studies A level. Drama scholarship student, Alice Williams, has beaten the competition to gain a place on the prestigious Stage Management course at RADA.
