Have you heard what they're saying about our fantastic host family alternative, Relax and Revise @Chartam London?
Managing Director, Lana Foster and Relax & Revise Programme Manager, Jenny Rumble headed up to London during May half term in order to prepare for the arrival of our students. With such positive feedback from our last programme, it is no wonder that Relax and Revise has become even more popular and we are very pleased to report that our students enjoyed themselves once again.
One student, Tami Nkhata stated that when she was not busy shopping, visiting museums and singing karaoke that she enjoyed the revision sessions, finding them useful and productive. Here's what some of our other students had to say:
"I prefer Relax & Revise to a host family. There is less pressure and more freedom to do what I want, when I want." Bissai Maenje, long-standing Bright World guardianship student.
"As well as revising, I enjoyed the chance to chill and relax." Jack from Hong Kong.
"I found that having the classroom available made me work harder." Zaithwa from Malawi.
Liz McMullan, Principal of Chartam London had this to say: "At Chartam, we are committed to supportingthe individual academic needs of Bright World students and also ensuring that they are well rested before returning to school. Our exceptional leisure programme, qualified tutors and experienced staff serve to further these aims; whilst students' safety is our top priority. Students can unwind and have fun in a safe environment, making new friends and happy memories."
