We are proud to announce that the first WOW award of the year has been awarded to The Bright World Sales and Marketing Department, to mark a successful start to 2019.
Charlotte Hamson, Carol Gill, Cory Holden, Louis Spice, Grace Wang and Hai Li (pictured receiving the award on skype meeting,) received their certificate during a group meeting earlier this week following a very successful beginning to 2019.
The award celebrates the team's hard work following an unprecedented number of students enrolling so far for both our Boarding School and University Guardianship programmes. The department's recent Student lead Social media campaign, “#PostiveVibesOnly” also attributed to the win.
With number of new guardianship study abroad students so far beating January targets and our expectations for the intake already exceeded, our congratulations go to our Sales team for handling their enquiries so carefully and professionally.
The choice can be overwhelming for overseas parents asked to appoint a UK based guardian for their child. Receiving the right guidance and initial client care is therefore vital in aiding their decision making process.
Helping Bright World to grow as an Organisation, the sales team also assist in educating parents and partner agents on the real need and requirement for Guardianship. Personal and school recommendations has been the main source of January enrolments as well as referrals from our all-important partner agents.
It is perhaps the efficient and professional handling of enquiries makes this month’s WOW Award winners particularly worthy. Our ‘one hour’ response rate is important to us and our customers who need all the time possible when making this crucial decision on who will be their child. We believe that if our Sales team responds quickly and efficiently, our potential customers realise this is the high standard they will receive throughout their guardianship journey with us.
To mark Safer Internet Day on Tuesday, 5th February and in support of Child Mental Health week this week, the marketing team were asked to come up with a theme for our students. Recent news stories regarding the dangers that Social Media and poor online safety prompted the team to create the #PositiveVibesOnly initiative. The campaign mission - to highlight the much discussed issue of social media and it's impact on mental health.
In keeping with this year's Safer Internet Day theme of "Together for a better internet", our students were asked to help spread positive messages using the #PositiveVibesOnly hashtag.
Well done to all those who took part. You could have really made a difference and made someone's day!
Industry media and professionals also got on board and supported Bright World in spreading this important message. Our thanks go out to StudyTravelMagazine, The British Council, BAISIS and English UK who helped us to spread the message on their platforms and to their members.
