Brunel University, London

Named after the 19th century British engineering genius, Brunel can trace its roots back to the early part of the last century and became a university in the 1960’s. Since then it has gained an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research and a long record of collaboration with industry, particularly in engineering and technology. The University’s quality was confirmed in 2002, when a survey by the Daily Telegraph listed Brunel in the ‘First Division’ of British Universities for teaching quality.

Apart from its academic prowess, one of the university’s greatest strengths is its location close to central London and Heathrow airport, making Brunel a lively and cosmopolitan place to go and study. Brunel is currently undergoing a huge £100 million investment to upgrade its facilities and infrastructure on its four main campuses in and around London.
