Bright World would like to thank the staff at Heathrow airport for all their help over this last year in getting our students safely to and from the UK. The airport staff have been incredibly helpful in locating lost luggage, accompanying our younger students to and from the aircraft, assisting with visa and immigration queries, and being an all-round help!

Over the last few weeks we've been speaking to some of our host families and asking for their feedback, and comments about the way Bright World work with them. We hope that this information will be valuable to both potential host families looking to come on board, and to our students and their families too.
