The New Bright World Portal - keeping you better informed.

Bright World Guardianships is constantly trying to improve the service we provide to our students and their parents.

Our review of Child Protection procedures within the company and and audit on the way we communicate to parents and overseas agents has instigated an exciting new development within the company.

August 25th saw the launch of the first Phase of the Bright World Portal.  This is a web based system allowing the Local Coordinator and Head Office staff team to upload reports, photographs and alerts to parents quickly and efficiently.   Each time an alert, photo or report is loaded our overseas clients will receive an email alert with a link and reminding them of their unique login.   All content is secure and remains confidential and unique to that parent.

With another increase in numbers this year which must be mainly due to our investment in good staff and technology, the portal is helping us to achieve our goal of growing whilst improving what we do.

If you would like to learn more about our guardianship service then please contactLana Foster Managing Director.
