I've never hosted before - what support will I receive

When our local co-ordinator visits you, they will take you through the Host Family Handbook and explain what is required of a host family and answer any questions you may have. Also, our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm, and we are here to help with any questions you may have or to offer any advice if there is anything you’re not sure of. We do have a number for out of office hours, ie: evenings and weekends, which is for emergencies only.
