Host Family Network
We rely on our network of excellent Host Families in the York area to help us care for our students during the times of year when they have to leave school. This is usually some weekends and half term holidays.
Host Family Experience
Bright World's experience regarding students, parents and families who choose to enrol is second to none. We offer a smooth and well considered Host Family process.
Growing Host Family Demand
We are always looking to expand our Host Family network in the West Yorkshire/Leeds area as our international student numbers looking for Host Families is always growing!
Our students generally go to Host Families during their half term holidays, which are usually 1 – 2 weeks depending on the school. Some schools also have exact weekends, where students are required to leave school from Friday after lessons finish, and return on Sunday at around teatime.
The simple answer is YES! Some of our students ask specifically to go to a family with no children - they may want a quiet house where they can study and there will not be much background noise.
You will receive payment for hosting, plus generous expenses. More details on payments will be given to you during the interview stage.
